There are several Glanzen Products shown below.  Here is an overview of each one:

For Horses that have Access to Pasture, choose:

1.  Original Glanzen -- for hooves, coat, attitude, and overall general health.  Great for horses who have access to pasture

2.  Glanzen GL -- just like original Glanzen, but has additional joint support with Glucosemine

3.  Glanzen Lite -- just like original Glanzen, but with fewer calories (for easy keepers) and somewhat lower levels of minerals, making it taste better for picky eaters.

For Horses that are strictly on Hay, consider the Complete custom products (contain nutrients that are lost in hay):

1.  Glanzen Complete -- just like the Glanzen, but contains additional Beta Carotene (turns into Vitamin A), vitamin E, and Vitamin C (which hay doesn't have).

2.  Glanzen Lite Complete -- just like the Glanzen Complete, but with fewer calories (for easy keepers) and somewhat lower levels of minerals, making it taste better for picky eaters.

What's Different When Comparing Glänzen to Glänzen-Lite?

Glänzen-Lite shares most of the attributes of our standard Glänzen product, but there's a couple of notable differences:

Smaller Serving Size:  Only four ounces rather than six for our original Glänzen.  Great for picky eaters, smaller breeds and younger horses. 

A Bit Less Flax:  About three ounces per serving as compared to four with our standard Glänzen product.

Improved Palatability:  Glänzen-Lite was originally developed with palatability in mind.  We actually offered it as a custom blend for a few customers that had extremely "picky" eaters and it worked very well in those situations.  Palatability/acceptance is part of our full satisfaction guarantee!

Trace Minerals:  When we reduced the serving size and emphasized the palatability of Glänzen-Lite, we changed the organic trace mineral components slightly.  In general, trace mineral levels are lower than our original Glänzen--it improves palatability and acceptance.

Price:  You'll find that Glänzen-Lite will cost about $0.20 to $0.25 less per daily serving as compared to our original Glanzen.  Nice Price!

One convenient product provides support  for your horse's hooves, coat, joints and disposition.

Glänzen-GL provides support for the skin and coat, hooves & joints while helping to support a calm disposition.  Glänzen-GL shares most of the attributes of our standard Glanzen 3 product, but there's a couple of notable differences:

What's Different When Comparing
Glanzen-GL to our Original Glanzen 3?

1) Glucosamine and Vitamin C:  Six ounces of Glanzen-GL will provide 6,000 mg of Glucosamine and 4,500 mg of Vitamin C for joint support.

2) A Bit Less Yeast Culture:  The difference is a matter of only a few grams per day as a bit of yeast culture is removed from the daily dosage to "make room" in the formulation for the Glucosamine and Vitamin C. Still four ounces of flax per day, however!
