There are many kinds, and many sources of H.A.  Some come from organic sources, like rooster combs, others from synthetic sources.  There is also a large variation in the molecular weight of Hyaluronic acids.  Low molecular weight absorbs easily by the stomach, but creates a very thin synovial fluid in the joints ( not very good for cushioning the joint).  High molecular weights are great for creating a good thick synovial fluid, but are poorly absorbed by the body, so you don’t get a good amount synovial fluid production.

We use a synthetic Hyaluronic Acid with a proprietary level  of moderately-high molecular weight.  We chose synthetic so that we can order the molecular weight that gives the best overall results, based on our research.  The Hyaluronic we use is very well absorbed and creates a nice thick synovial fluid in the joints.  

Forms:

   LIQUID: 100 mg of Hyaluronic acid per ounce.  Directions: one ounce daily; 3 ounces per day for severe conditions, preferably spread over multiple feedings.

  POWDER: 100 mg Hyaluronic acid per ounce. Rice hull base with molasses and apple flavor. Directions: one ounce daily; 3 ounces per day for severe conditions, preferably spread over multiple feedings.

   PASTE: 100 mg Hyaluronic acid per 10 cc dose. Apple flavor. Directions: 10 cc daily; 30 cc daily for severe conditions, preferably spread over multiple feedings.
