Dear Horse Owner,

The service I offer is specific to your horse.  I do not use any "canned" programs.  I treat your situation from a holistic perspective where every aspect of the horse's life is included in my assessment. 

If you would like to tell me about your horse, I invite you to fill out this "You and Your Horse" questionnaire.  It is lengthy, so take your time.  The idea is to provide me with as much information as you can, so your horse can benefit.

If you have several horses, you can fill out one questionnaire for each group that is in a similar situation.  Or, if you like, send me an email or call me and we can talk about your situation.  I now offer Live Phone Visits, that may be perfect for your needs.
