Return Policy
Most products (except CUSTOM Glanzen and Reitsport products) sold on Getty Equine Nutrition are returnable and refundable. Please contact Dr. Getty first before returning any product since the return address may be different than the original shipping address. Contact information is shown below.
Returns need to adhere to the following Guidelines:
1. Products must be returned with 30 days of receipt since these are nutritional supplements and have a limited shelf life.
2. Getty Equine Nutrition pays for the original shipping. However, when a product is returned, this shipping cost will be deducted from your sales price when issuing a refund.
3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Custom Horsetech products -- the ones with added or removed selenium or flavoring, Glanzen Complete, Glanzen-Lite Complete, and Reitsport HA-100 Complete -- are not returnable. All others are fully guaranteed and completely refundable.
